Not that there was much transition between summer and winter this year , all but a few nice days in September and October. On which, sadly I was working. It's been difficult to maintain the summer's cycle fitness and there's a definite slope downwards on the Garmin Connect graph. However my thoughts on what rides to do next year have kept me motivated. A few mechanically issues with the trusty Cannondale, on which I've done both Coast to Coast rides, have lead to me replacing and upgrading the bottom bracket. I've booked for next year's Bike Events Man to Blackpool again and I'm waiting to see about doing a few others.
